Back pain and pain in the right foot can have several causes, and while kidney-related issues are one possibility, they typically present with additional symptoms such as fever, urinary changes, or flank pain. In people with diabetes, musculoskeletal causes like neuropathy, sciatica, or even early diabetic foot complications are more common. It’s important to assess whether the pain is nerve-related, mechanical (like disc issues), or due to vascular or other diabetic complications. I recommend a clinical evaluation, including physical examination and possibly some investigations like kidney function tests, urine analysis, and imaging if needed. Timely assessment can help rule out serious causes and guide proper management. Thank you!!

Back pain can lead to pain in leg, first back pain needs to be treated. Regarding kidney disease, diabetic patients are usually prescribed test to check eyes, heart, kidney once in a year. So just follow routine prescription & follow up by the doctor

We don't think so fast, certainly not without examining a patient and going through his documents. Please seek a proper consultation with a General Physician.
