Back pain? Or kidney infection?
So since a month or so i started having back pain. Not pain exactly but it feels so discomforting. Its like when i sit on my bed with cross legged and straight back it feels tense and achy. And also since a week my stool consistency has improved and bowel has big snake like stool. And i am losing weight as well. I am so scared what is happening to me. I am outside India and since past 3 months i am not able to meet a doctor. Its so bad here. If i palpate that area shown in the picture with finger, it feels like the muscle bruise is there. And also, i was up at every morning 4-5am for pee. Idk my fasting sugar comes around 102-108 but when i check my post prandial. It comes normal. I am scared if this is prediabates. I have a prick machine at home which i use to check that. Please help me. I feel something is wrong with my body right now. Healthcare here is not helping me at all. I am shifting back to India just due to this nightmarish healthcare here in UK. Till then wt to do :(

Good story. Please consult with a General Physician in your area for a physical examination and further management. Interpretation of symptoms becomes easy when it is one to one talk.

Get a USG whole abdomen done to check for a kidney or ureteric stone. It can cause these symptoms. Also get urine routine microscopy done to rule out UTI which can lead to burning in urine and increase in urine frequency. Based on these two tests the course of treatment can be optimised. Kindly consult me after getting these tests done. Untill then, to relieve the pain, increase water intake and take tablet zerodol sp one tablet after dinner for three days. Cuz if it is a simple muscle or back pain, it will relieve it upto a certain extent.
