I got advice of doing core strengthening exercises for reducing frequent noises from joints of body.Which exercises should be done?I want clarification.

Core exercises won't help in decreasing sounds from joints. It's a myth. Sounds from joints sometimes can be natural & we need not worry as long as they don't give pain. Just work on flexibility. Do some gentle stretching and oil massages.
