Your problem can be treated but to fix it proper assessment and treatment is necessary.
You can fix online consultation for complete assessment and treatment.
You need to consult with orthopaedician for medicines and with medicines take physiotherapy treatment.
Through SWD+US therapy for 10 days the pain will be reduced and also after 10 sessions, start with knee strengthening exercises.
Rest as much as possible, do apply hot or cold pack twice a day, keep the leg elevated while sleeping.
Avoid pressure on the knee and avoid activity that causes pressure on the joint which will increase pain.
Hi,
consult an orthopedics and get an x-ray done 1st. With the help of medicine reduce the inflammation and then follow up with physiotherapy for pain relief and to decrease stiffness. find out which part of the muscles were stiff and which has weakened and work on it
It looks like some muscle imbalance will affect your gait pattern also.
muscle imbalance time some groups of muscle will get tight like the IT band, vastus lateralis ..etc, and some groups of muscle will get weakness like the adductor group in this time patella will move to the lateral side
in this case we need to release the tightened muscles and need to strengthen the weakened muscles
Does your quadriceps feel weak or you feel weakness in ability to contract it on the left?
If that's the case, it's part of a pelvic dysfunction.
Visit a physiotherapist to get it properly assessed.
