Hi You have to get a proper assessment to know the root cause and also history related to your pain. Low backache with proper assessment and treatment is enough to get rid of it. In your profile main thing I could see is your weight which might be adding to your low backache. Please do keep a watch on your weight gain. For your age , you are on BP medications too which also says that you might be having stress issues which are inter connected with your weight gain and backache.
Next Steps
Avoid prolonged sitting , that too on low heightened sofas or chairs. Avoid running and jumping activities, if any.
Health Tips
Try ice pack over lower back and hip for 7 mins and then apply hot pack for 15 mins immediately for a week and apply any pain relieving ointment. Then you can do mild back stretches for a week then back and hip strengthening exercises for one more week. If any further assistance you can contact through online consultation. Take care and stay safe.......
