Hello Sir/Ma'am,
I have been having neuropathy in legs(especially in thigh area of both legs and feet) and I recently went to Indraprastha Apollo, Delhi for treatment. I am currently taking nerve medicines for it and Exercising. The doctor advised especially to walk daily and do stretching exercises. I am walking daily and doing 1/2 stretching exercises, however I want to know more stretching exercises for legs for strengthening nerves in legs.
Can anyone please tell me some stretching exercises for legs, would be really helpful if you can provide a YouTube link to these exercises for strengthening nerves in legs.
Kind Regards,
Manas

Seeing your condition you can do many stretches for various nerves in your leg,but without proper assessment we cannot tell which one will be appropriate for you
suggest you to visit phusiotherapy clinic and take personally one session of exercises as how to do in a proper line. Then you can do all on your own at home.
Every leg related pain is not necessarily nerve related. A detailed examination to rule facet joint, pelvic dysfunction, muscular weakness, poor core stability, range based tests, nerve tests can only be done during a physical examination with a physiotherapist and then proceed with treatment that includes mobilisation, manipulation, core stability and strengthening and range exercises and electrotherapy.
Exercises are just a part of physiotherapy and you need to visit one to get specific exercises after an assessment.
Orthopaedicians do give general exercises, which may help.
