Idiopathic neuropathy
I have idiopathic neuropathy diagnosis caused on off tingling, discomforts, pains on palms of hands n bottom foot mostly... Weather changes triggers it like cold weather It go away anytime... Sometimes for 2 3 months..., sometimes for 2 weeks then again come back... All these symptoms started in 2013 with all body itching without any skin sign... During skin problem, no skin problem detected Then within 3 years tingling burning sensations numbness etc Any good solution?. I m using foot roller for foot which helps but for a short period like for one day My medicine is gabapentin B12 n vitamins all fine in blood

Please go and consult a good neurologist. I think he will ask you to get a MRI done

Once that is done, you can go and visit a physiotherapist. He/she can help you with proper exercises & electrotherapy

Did you check your blood glucose and albumin level? You should consult a Neuro physician in person for complete assessment and treatment.

Yea any tingling in toes or extremities needs to be properly investigated by a neurologist. Vit D levels also need to be tested

Next Steps
stretching and strengthening to palm and foot will help u....start doing mobilization exercises to both upper and lower limbs walking for 4times a week will help u.
