Per your details , it looks like gum pyorrhoea . We have gum specialist / periodontist who could held on this . The reason for gum infection should be evaluated . Ex : it could be as simple Luke deposits on tooth (calculus , tartar )& sometimes it could be related to hormonal imbalance , stress or even a initial sign of diabetes in some cases. Whatever , a thorough checkup is required .earlier the better . Don’t ignore as there is no pain . As pus around teeth may erode the bone or the foundation of teeth

Namaskaram, The bacteria found in the mouth are notorious. They form small groups to hang out and form plaque. Plaque accumulation will eventually lead to pus formation. When there is pus discharge it clearly means that the body is trying to tell you something important. Home remedies for pus discharge are not so credible. A dental visit is mandatory in such situations. A radiographic examination will determine if there is loss of bone in the area, which is generally the sole reason for loss of tooth and temperature rises. An antibiotic may be prescribed by a dental professional after careful observation of your case. It is not advisable to wait for pain to jiggle your vehicle keys for a dental visit. Pus cleaning by yourself won’t help. It is indicative of the teeth issue may be gum issue. Visit a dentist and let him diagnose the main issue. Taking antibiotics will help but not without dentist s advice
