Why does my headache worsen for a second when I cough ? It's like a pulsing pain that I experience when I cough while I'm having a migraine.

It is because of vasodilation. But in case the symptom persists even when you don't have cough you need to get evaluated to rule out the vascular disorders.

When do you exactly feel the headache.. have you notived any triggering factor... avoid it! Migraine can be controlled with proper regular medication and following proper Praanayaama and diet .

That is because when you cough a lot of pressure gets created and it in turn puts pressure on the veins around the forehead. And gets relieved when the pressure decreases. Nonetheless if it's happening frequently then it's better to get a ct scan done.
