naxdom is for migraine....i will suggest u to take less painkiller....dnt take such drugs without consultation

Hi I can understand your concern you should not take the drug full stop you can take plane paracetamol 650 mg three times a day along with multivitamin like zincovit once a day. If you are fever and headache persist after 24 hours then we need to plan for antibiotic along with investigation
