I met with a road accident and was operated for
Proximal tibia type 5 fracture in December beginning I have been in a brace till now ... my query is by when should I be able to bend my knee or remove brace and keep foot down.

It depends on the union of the fracture, you can only bear weight after complete healing of fracture is seen on xray.
