Hi I would not recommend any supplement to lose weight . It's better to stick to normal diet and follow healthy meal pattern . Also work out is very important .  Try to Balance your meal and cut down on the portion size .

Hi! Protein supplements do not help unless you are working out. A supplement prescription depends on your diet and workout intensity. Some supplements do help you lose weight but that has to be managed with the rest of your diet.

Hi I never recommend any powder for weight loss. You should loose weight with a healthy Diet and low calorie plan. Hello, Taking any kind of supplement or pills is not advisable. It can have side effects. Follow a balanced and healthy diet. For hypothyroidsm, avoid cruciferious vegetbales (Gas forming) like cabbage, broccoli, etc. -Exercise daily for an hour -Include protein in your diet (taking protein rich foods post workout helps in muscle building) -Increase fiber in your diet (Will help you stay full) -Include fruits and vegetables in your diet (2-3 serving) -Take 5-6 meals a day. -Water intake of atleast 3L per day -Add healthy fat like nuts to your diet. -Avoid/Exclude fried, sugary and junk food -Eat a balanced and healthy diet -Do not skip breakfast as 40% of days energy is from breakfast -Add warm milk at night with a pinch of turmeric ad pepper power, it will help with sleep problems NOTE: The above mentioned practices can change according to a specific medical condition

Any supplement s is not recommended unless required Weight loss can he achived by balance diet and exercise Only protein powder will not help you n it will be expensive also U need to deficiet calorie
