Hi
At what age did your menses started?
This is the first time?
Pls do consult
Normally in 1st 2 years there will be menses irregularities nothing to worry
If it is repeating or bothering you do consult
Good morning, as you are 16 year old and if you have started to menstruate in last 2 years, then its normal to have long cycles now. It takes about 2 years of time for hormones to settle in to a rhythm. Maintain healthy weight and keep active, menstrual cycles get regular eventually.
Girls of your age can have such periods sometimes.. But it is always mandatory to rule out other causes.. For that we need some blood tests and an ultrasound of pelvis done.
