if you hv been sexually active do a urine pregnancy test..
if not then get an ultrasound pelvis done... causes of delayed periods can be many..
however a detailed history and details are needed to b able to mk a diagnosis
If you have been sexually active,rule out for pregnancy by doing a upt ,and if negative take medication to induce periods .exact cause of delayed periods can be investigated thereafter and suitable solution provided to u.
