Dr , I have progressive myopia having power -10.5 and -17 , how to take care for it so it should not increase in future , best solution for it

Myopic changes is a part of your eye growth also, But as your age is 24 there will not much progression of power , mostly will become stable

have plenty of water have plenty of nutritious diet (greeny + yellow fruits and veggies) have good and sound sleep for 8 hrs reduce the screen time (any gadgets usage) try to do some accommodative eye excercise that will be available in youtubes

Pl take green leafy vegetables, and fish.it may not progress after 24 to 25 years.Mostly it may be genetic.pl consult ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.
