I am 24+ am still increasing my myopia. 25 evey 6month now I have this much eye power .. am unable to see without glass frm a little distance also plz suggest it's so high power or not what to do

It is not high no.pl consult ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment. You can go for lasik, if the power is stable.
