Doctors, I'm 14 Years Old. My Height is 5 Feet 8/9 Inch & My Weight is 104.5 KG. I Have Been Walking For 20 Days. Some Veins of My Right & Left Foot Has Become Swollen. For This, I Posted A Question in Practo About This. Then, The Doctors Told Me That I Have Obesity & I Have To Control My Weight. But, My Muscles Are Not Fully Ready To Take The Stress of Walking by This Weight. And They Also Told That My Muscle Getting Weak & For This, Blood is Pooling in My Foot. They Suggest Me To Stop Walking. Now, I Have Two Query. One is If I Stop Walking, Can I Get Rid Of From The Swollen Veins? And Second Question is If I Stop Walking, Then Which Exercise Should I Do For Weight Losing? Please Suggest Me Doctor. I'm Very Anxious & Tensed About This Matter. Please Help Me, Doctor. I Will be Ever Grateful To You.

For losing weight in a healthy and permanent way :
1. Maintain meal gaps: maintain meal gaps of not more than 3 hours is very important. It boosts up the metabolism and helps in weight loss.

you are facing this problem due to the inflammation and excess weight. dont go for walk bcz it will cause more inflammation and it can be a reason of more weight gain . i will suggest u to start a personalized DIET PLAN as soon as possible instead of any workout start a diet bcz DIET is the only KEY to loose weight . take fiber rich food .. Low in GI .. EAT healthy and avoid all junk foods and avoid simple sugur ..
