Exercise problem
My age is 20 years and height is 5 feet 4 inch and my weight is 60 kg so can you please tell me that do I have to exercise daily or take a rest day or break for a day atleast once in a week or not

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

Exercise fr 5 days as muscles also need rest so tk rest fr 2days.Eat proper healthy protein rich meal with gud fats nd fiber . Take care Thanks SlimEra

You should exercise only maximum 5 days in a week . 1 -2 days should be rest . Consult personally for proper guidance and help
