Hello sir!
Tooth ache occurs due to tooth decay/infection. Pain occurs when this tooth decay reaches the inner layer- pulp, where nerves are present. X-ray should be taken for the tooth to know the extent of decay and treatment planning will be done.

Visit a dentist and get your treatment started. Use some painkillers meanwhile. Paracetamol 500 Mg 2 tablets might help for few hours but would suggest to visit the dentist without delay.
