Sleep hygiene is very important...is it ur job that keeps u awake all night...if so try changing the schedules...
If not...try not to sleep in the day time
Do exercise ..in the morning or evening
Do not eat or watch screens 1 hour before sleep
Keep ur sleeping area separate...and don't eat , play or work in the sleeping area
When going to bed try to have a calm environment , without any lights..
In bed if cudnt sleep for half an hour, get away from that place and engage in some other work...try going to bed only after u feel sleepy
Avoid Sleeping during day time. Take good quantity of water. Do Exercise Regularly. Ashwagandha I have no idea, but no harm in taking that. No pills to be taken for this unless you try these conservative methods first
