Unable to get proper sleep

Unable to get proper sleep . Eyes feels heavy when I close them while sleeping. I don't know all of a sudden my sleep got disturbed. Is it due to heavy eyes problems or sinusitis. I have headache also on both side of my head near ears. Pls help
