Unable To Get Proper Sleep
I am facing difficulty in sleeping at bed time, my office shift time is 12:30 to 9:30pm, the work life balance is quite okay and I completely work in laptop. When I go to bed I keep on yawning but don't get sleep, my bed room is completely dark, however when I close my eyes it feels like bedroom light are still on and feel slight pain in forehead and constantly having some or other thoughts running in mind.

Take tab alprazolam 0.25mg one at night for just 5 to 7 days, to induce good sleep. After taking it, you should be on your bed, with no disturbance. Take hot milk before sleeping. Meanwhile get thyroid function tests done to exclude hyperthyroidism . Get eyes checked. After an hour or so of working on laptop, take a break of few minutes in which you should move out and see some distant objects. Take healthy, balanced diet. Learn to relax.
