As per your last pms 24/7/25, you are 11w3d pregnant as of today. In this case abortion/termination of pregnancy via medicines often isn't complete and will require Admission. Best to consult with a gynaecologist in person, discuss options and get the needed done at a centre. N rahi baat future ki, so each abortion or miscarriage does have varied slight effect on the uterus. In many cases it's nothing at all, in some future fertility may be affected. So be wise with choosing a skilled doctor for the procedure & dont do any self medication

Medical abortion is possible only till certain gestational age . It is considered relatively safe till 9 weeks after which the complications do increase hence surgical method is preferred In your case. First you need to get a usg done to confirm the location of pregnancy and its gestational age following which further plan can be decided

Need to get an ultrasound first to confirm the age of the foetus. Based on the corrected weeks of pregnancy the type of abortion will be decided. You might need admission if it is more than 9 weeks, as it is associated with more complications like excessive bleeding, pain and incomplete abortion.
