I suggest it is better to avoid Bombay Duck fish during pregnancy. Sea food is notorious for causing allergy and poisoning. You should take the food which you are used to. You may try this after delivery.

Yes , u can in small quantity but u need to meet your dietician for portion recommendations. And if you are trying for first time better to avoid as allergic symptoms may occur if u r allergic to that
