Hello, I'm 5 weeks pregnant before pregnancy since 1 year I have taken supplement tablets. Like omega3, folic acid, calcium, multivitamin, flex seeds tab. Now can I continue this tab or Not?

According to her or his advice you can take supplements
For 1st 3 month you can not take iron calcium n multivitamins rendomly. Gynecologist advice is must.
