It show that fetal pole is there but no cardiac activity so dear don't take tension wait for 10 days in some patient it may take 7 week to come heart beat....as fetal pole is there so I think it is not bilighted ovum ......just patiencely wait for 10 days...

Heart beat is not there. Please repeat the test after 10 days to confirm  heart beat. Till then, please continue folic acid

It is showing that the baby’s heart beat is not there till date… U have to repeat the usg after 10 days for the confirmation of heart beat and baby’s growth.
Next Steps
Till the time u can take folic acid tablets and progesterone supplements
