Pregnancy and whole abdomen USG
My periods have been missed for 4 months. I was worried about pregnancy, so I told my doctor. She suggested doing a UPT, which came back negative. She then advised me to get a whole abdomen USG. My last intercourse was in June, and I did the scan in November. I have also attached my whole abdomen USG report. My doubt is whether a whole abdomen USG can detect a 5-month pregnancy. I am very confused. I also did a beta hCG test, and it is negative as well. Do I need any dedicated obstetric scan? After June, I have not had intercourse even once. Plz reply
