Definite evidence of pregnancy is when you actually find a pregnancy in sonography. Only urine pregnancy test positive but one gets menses before even doing a scan, may not be even counted as a pregnancy as it is not documented on ultrasound. So if you had not got sonography done the last time, do not count that as pregnancy. And get a urine pregnancy test now. Second thing it may have been a pregnancy in oct- Nov and maybe that pregnancy has continued. In that case an ultrasound will help to determine the weeks of pregnancy, if at all.

Hi, you should take pregnancy test. If it comes positive you have to take extra care because you had one abortion in past.
