Hello can the whole abdomen scan detect the pregnancy of 25 weeks . It is just a routine scan not an obestric ultrasound . I have a doubt of cryptic pregnancy can it be detected by the whole abdomen USG .

If you tell your Sonologist that "you think that you may be pregnant" and he should look for that too then a Sonography at 25 weeks can certainly detect a pregnancy.
The Doctors don't look for things which the patient has not asked for (unless it is a Complete Medical Examination for a job or a driving licence).

There is nothing called a cryptic pregnancy it is an ectopic pregnancy which will not survive up to 25 weeks
