Pre Pregnancy Symptoms
Hello, Actually my periods was supposed to come on 22nd Oct but haven't come yet and usually last 6 months history suggests that I am getting my period between 20-22 of each month. I am getting pre pregnancy symptoms as well like getting tired quickly, cramps, feels like vomiting, getting hungry quickly and I am getting these from more then 2 weeks now. I did beta HCG test today and found the report to be negative (<1.2 mui/ml). Please suggest what should be my next set of actions as reports says negative but still I am getting pre pregnancy symptoms. Regards.

The symptoms of pregnancy and premenstrual could b similar , if the beta hcg is negative then there is no pregnancy. U could wait for a few days , if still it doesnt show up discuss with your gynaecologist for medications for withdrawal.

Take Tablet Regestrone 10 mg twice a day for 5 days. You will get your periods after you stop taking the medication after 5-7 days.
Next Steps
Since pregnancy test is negative relax and do not take stress Take proper sleep and diet to get regular periods
