My LMP January 6th 2020. I didn't get my periods. I'm sexually active. Having back pain like period cramps. No nausea no vomitting sensation. My regular cycle 29-32 days. Is it period symptoms or chances of getting pregnant? When can I do pregnancy test? UPT can do only in first urine or can I do at any time?

Hello thanks for consultation, I have read your question and come to know about your concern about missed periods. Other then pregnancy there are many causes of missed periods like stress, thyroid, dietary change, more exercise, any infection in body like UTI, fever RTS up-to 10 that day of period pregnancy test can come positive so wait till 10 that day and repeat the pregnancy test in blood to rule out pregnancy. Go for Beta HCG test.
If the cramps are like usual period like cramps, you can wait for a week more. You might get your periods. If ten days after your due date of periods, you still don't menstruate, then do urine pregnancy test. If the pain is more then do urine pregnancy test right away, preferably with morning sample of urine as it is concentrated urine in the morning. If not, it can be done at anytime of the day.
Next Steps
Get a urine pregnancy test immediately if pain more.
If pain is less or period like, wait for a week more to do urine pregnancy test.
