She is an ophthalmologist,and having posterior polar cataract diagnosed recently
so what could be possibility of her carrier, can she do surgery successfully???
even after being operated for posterior polar??

Yes she will be able to operate even after surgery. As pointed out, it is safer to get operated in a hospital where a vitreo retina surgeon is available. She may need YAG laser Posterior capsulotomy later on.

1. there is nothing to worry about cataract
2. Consult very good ophthalmologist and get operated.
3. Post polar can be easily operated with very good results but it is recommended to get operated from a place where retina facilities are available.
4. Otherwise posterior polar cataract is not a thing which should trouble you
