Recently Undergone minot fissure surgery a day ago with anesthesia given in spinal. Had history of posterior polar cataract ..but its not hindereing daily activities..so this headache is due to anesthesia or cataract?

Headache is most likely be due to spinal anesthesia. It should subside slowly and gradually. If not, Get a follow-up with your surgeon and anesthesiologist.
For cataract staging and next possible treatment plan, you need to see an ophthalmologist and have an eye check up.
