Headache is most likely be due to spinal anesthesia. It should subside slowly and gradually. If not, Get a follow-up with your surgeon and anesthesiologist. For cataract staging and next possible treatment plan, you need to see an ophthalmologist and have an eye check up.

Cataract will not cause headache. It could be related to spinal anaesthesia. Please consult your operating surgeon.
