Posterior polar cataract is very unique subset of lens opacity i.e Cataract. It may be genetic or spontaneous in nature.
If the cataract surgery is uneventful, no extra precautions is required from your side. In case of any specific precautions, your operating surgeon will guide you in the postoperative period.
