Post pregnancy tummy flab
Hi, my wife delivered baby 1.7 years back but her post pregnancy tummy flab still remains (she had a c-sec). Please advice how can she reduce the flab. We were adviced earlier that it is due to her muscle tone and that to increase protein in her diet. I would like her to start having a protein supplement daily. Could you please advice any good protein supplement. Is whey protein a good option. Thanks

She need to maintain balance in diet, exercise and water intake to keep herself healthy,She must start abdominal exercise as it is already late and acoid all junk food and high fat content food
