Hello Doctor, am 29 years old undergone C-SECTION & my daughter is now 9 months old. Have gained around 12 kgs of weight post delivery. Am 5.8 inch tall & was 74 before pregnancy. Am working mother now & I still breast feed my baby whenever am at home. Am worried about how to reduce my weight especially around my tummy .. have more tummy weight. Can I do yoga like Surya namaskar, power yoga (thinking of joining yoga classes). Can I do skipping .. some people say it's not good after C-Section. Pls advice. What are the solutions to reduce weight especially tummy weight.
Any specific workouts pls suggest.
