My height is 5.5 weight is 85. Gone through C-section delivery on 21 may. I'm breastfeeding mom of 4 months old baby. How can i reduce weight? How to lose body fat as well. which kind of yoga and exercise i may perform to lose weight in healthy manner.

I can understand your concern. Post Delivery weight loss is difficult but achievable. Make sure you have good Proteins and Healthy fats to achieve your targets this will help you to continue with breastfeeding and even reduce your body fat. Restrict on simple carbohydrates and sugars.
