Hi, I have gained weight during my pregnancy. My baby is 4 months old. How to reduce the extra kilos and flab on my tummy now? Due to breastfeeding my baby, I am not able to cut on my diet much. Please suggest a diet plan. Thanks.

Congratulations on your motherhood. Till the time you exclusively breast feed your baby, you take home cooked foods, avoid much oil, deep fried items n sugar. Drink milk n it's products and enough water.
Next Steps
Do few pelvic floor n abdominal exercises and also walk if possible. When your baby starts weaning, then you consult a dietician for further customized diet plan.
