Fat reduction post preg
Before my pregnancy my weight was 53 where in it increased to 67 full term. After one and a half month i m down to 58 most of my fat is on my tummy and lil on tighs and sides i wanna come back to my shape please suggest?

Hello there we understand your feeling and your condition But you need to understand that if you're willing workout for fat reduction then you need to keep that in mind that you need to have food properly and the diet should be properly taken because if you start lessening your food then it will be a problem to you and your baby as well.
