I'm 26 and I am obese I need help.. I don't have anh pre existing conditions. I work odd shifts . I have very heavy breasts which makes me look more fat. Would like to understand how to reduce weight.

Hi Consuming diets rich in fibre, drinking room temperature water about 2 to 3 ltrs per day, being physically very active, Consuming good pure vegetarian SAATVIK aahar, exercising both morning and evening is very important...like brisk walking for 45 mins with empty stomach upon waking in the morning, taking stairs up and down about 80 to 100 steps daily, sit-ups, skipping, stretching, strengthening exercises, weight bearing exercises, Aerobics, Zumba , Running, Cycling, Swimming etc.. any or mix. healthy daily sleep pattern, meal gaps not more than 3 to 3 half hours between meal to meals, having food at regular intervals with controlled portion sizes, not sitting much.. Do any one exercise daily.

For losing weight in a healthy and permanent way : Maintain meal gaps of not more than 3hrs. To boost up your metabolism and helps in weight loss. Include barley tea and dandelion tea in your diet. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables in your diet. Walk at least 10-12k steps in a day. Drink 3-4lts of water per day.

You need to eat egg white . Chapati with vegetables to eat for lunch . 1 tbsp coriander seeds with 1 glass water mix them and have early morning on empty stomach. Nut suds and fruits consume on daily basis. Dinner have sweet corn soup
