Start light exercise with good food and high protein highly nutritious diet. Being busy we always neglect the impact of exercise on our health . Stay hydrated manage your calories with nutrition only . No junk n night sugar food .do yoga walk etc . Consult personally for proper guidance and results.

Hi dear. Congratulations on the baby... It's perfect timing to start your wt loss journey. A good nutritious diet along with breast feeding will give faster and better results.
Next Steps
you must eat every 3 hours. munch saunf regularly for better milk production. add shatavari (SUGARFREE)  in milk and have twice a day. walk daily for 30-45 mins and practice pelvic exercise to get your tummy back in shape.
