If you really like it than have it once in a month. Do not consume it if you are suffering from acidity, indigestion etc. Include eggs, milk & milk products, good amount of fruits and veggies, cereals and millets like ragi, jowar, jau, nuts and seeds in your diet. Have a balanced meal for a safe and healthy delivery. For best understanding and results get your constitution and analysis done and go accordingly.

Yes, consuming brinjal (eggplant) is generally safe during pregnancy. It's a good source of essential nutrients. However, like with any food, moderation is key. Make sure to wash and cook it thoroughly to reduce the risk of any potential contaminants. If you have concerns about your pregnancy diet, it's always a good idea to consult your healthcare provider for personalized advice.

Don't overdo it, moderation is the key. Consume in limits. Only one superfood is not responsible for the healthy pregnancy. Try to eat healthy & take home based foods comprising all nutrients macros (carbs, protein & good fats) & micros ( vitamins & minerals) for the healthy you & the baby. Keep the water intake good for atleast 10-12 glasses. Do light exercises. Keep the stress at bay. Maintain good time discipline for all meals & other activities. For personalised guidance & pregnancy plans trimester wise, contact directly. Thanks
