Pcos is not diagnosed only based on ultrasound findings. If you don't have symptoms or other criteria for PCOS, No need to worry. Maintain healthy lifestyle. Do regular walks , include adequate protein, vegetables and fruits in your diet. Do strength exercises 3x a week.
Next Steps
Regular yearly checkup

Hi there. You have two children, cycles are regular, weight is under control, so don't worry you don't have a PCOD issue. Hair fall may be due to anaemia get your CBC done and connect online for further discussion.
