Hi. . . myself 28 female. . .my pelvic scan report diagnosed as right ovary polycystic morphology. . .can anyone explain my health status. . . wheather it should consider as pcod pr pcos. . .what treatment should I follow. . . only symptoms I have is my menstrual period duration is 3 days with low bleeding from past 6 months. .
