Polycystic pattern of ovaries. Ascites!

We have done abdomino-pelvic ultrasonography for my wife where Impression is 1.polycystic pattern of ovaries. Suggest clinical and hormonal profile correlation 2. Postvoid urine residue of 22cc. In report Lever is in normal shape and size (14.3cms) no evidence of focal lesion or intrahep biliary ductual dilatation Gall bladder normal shape and size Pancreas normal shape and size and uniform echopattern Spleen normal shape and size (9.6cms ) Urinary bladder normal shape and size Uterus normal shape and size Kidneys they have normal shape and size and echopattern both ovaries are mildely enlarged in size with miltiple small peripherally arranged folliclesand increased echogenic central stroma Right ovary 3.3×2.7×1.8cms(9.0cc) Left ovary 3.4 × 2.4 × 2.3 cms (10.1cc) POD & adnexa are free No evidence of ascites
