Polycystic Ovarian Morphology (PCOM)
I have 1 kid and I had one abortion 4 months back. I am trying to conceive now since last 3 months. Still no success. In my TVS scan I found all good. But in follicular monitoring scan, I found polycystic ovarian morphology. What does it mean? Is it delaying pregnancy? But I have already pregnant 2 times in the past. Looking for your kind advice in this matter.

It means you have PC OS if your periods are regular it is not the reason for the delay in your conception You need Detailed investigations at the age of 31 to find out the reason for the inability to conceive

If your periods are regular no need to worry about PCOS. Pregnancy can occur even in people with PCOS
