I suffer from hypothyroidism and pcos which has led to weight gain and belly fat. Kindly suggest few steps for quick weight loss and belly fat reduction as I am getting married in 3 months. I have a very sedentary lifestyle. I am 5'3" and weigh 69kg at 29 years

Hello, Weight loss is important as you have pcos. Soaked Methi seeds early in the morning will help in this case. Your daily sodium intake should be measured. Increase fruits intake i.e 2-3 fruits a day. Avoid high fat foods. Daily 1 hr exercise. Have a balanced diet and do not go for crash diets, Eat after regular interval of time, control your portion size.
