If you really have problem in opening and closing your mouth or any other problem thn this can be a thing needs to be taken care of but if you feel you dont have any pain or discomfort thn we can leave it the way it is naturally.
The thing which needs to be seriously taken care of after seeing your x ray is your left side third molar tooth (wisdom tooth) which has started developing a cystic lesion which can be damaging to the bone. Kindly get it checked clinically.

Yes,your left condyle shows arthritic changes. Corticosteroids along with muscle relaxants has to be taken. Dietary instructions to be followed. You can consult through this for prescription of medication along with detailed clinical history.
