Please Suggest exercises
My grand mother is suffering from severe pain in her thighs and back region. She used to walk normally till a month before. But from past 20 days she started getting pain may be muscle pain and she is not able to walk, she is only able to take baby steps. We showed to a doctor and he suggested medications. But can you please suggest some physiotherapy exercises to reduce pain faster. Or any pressure points for the pain. Thankyou

Chiropractic adjustment will help. Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold). Avoid Squatting- Avoid sitting Cross legged

U should meet the Physiotherapist with the patient either at clinic or call for home visit, only then u start exercises according to the suggestion of Physiotherapist

Do some massage on the pain area and pore warm water will help in reduction of pain the important point is you should know the reason for pain so do consult a physiotherapist soon.if no one able to help you .we r hear to guide you in completely.thank you nerve treatment centre sir
