Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day.

In my opinion, stop your walks and consult a good physiotherapist near you as it’s a condition of muscle strain.just observe is the pain starting from your buttocks or just back of thigh. If starting from buttocks it’s gluteal maximus stain .
Next Steps
For the time being, don’t exert yourself, apply cold pack to your pain area for 4 mins three times a day and post that apply anti inflammatory gel.
It could be Piriformis syndrome. You need to visit a clinic for assessment and treatment.
Use ice (towel wrapped) for 15 mins 3 times a day to reduce the muscle inflammation
